When you use a spy camera, do you expect any feedback from the device? That’s a dilemma we had in designing MHC’s user interface.
Some users have recently complained that they’ve installed MHC but the app wasn’t doing anything. They pressed the “shoot image” button and nothing happened. They didn’t see any media files either.
As we followed up the issues with them, it turns out that users might just not be aware of the shooting action. Some of them also had difficulties figuring out where the media files were located. In fact, MHC has taken such images & videos and saved them well onto their SD cards.
So, a secret camera that even the owner isn’t aware of the shooting? Well, that’s a happy problem.
